Mrs. Chris-Tietjen, prior to joining CCI, served as an Assistant Account Executive for Marcus & Associates, a Dallas advertising agency. She later became a Marketing Representative for Sewell Motor Company, a high-end automotive dealership specializing in premier customer service. Mrs. Chris-Tietjen implemented a marketing plan for the service department to increase profits and was responsible for promotional direct mail pieces to the customers.

Mrs. Chris-Tietjen heads CCI’s Marketing Department. She is responsible for the company brochure along with marketing materials, website, ad placement, and the newsletter. Mrs. Chris-Tietjen also administers club membership surveys provided by CCI as a service to private clubs. Membership surveys enable a club to gauge membership needs and support for various facility projects. She tabulates, authors, and presents the survey reports to the Club Boards.

Over the years, Mrs. Chris-Tietjen has assisted with various seminars for the Club Managers Association of America and Crittenden Golf Inc. Expo. In addition, she is responsible for the organization and coordination of CCI’s trade shows and exhibits.
