Master PlanningMaster Planning is always a major concern for boards and club members. A successful master plan begins with member involvement. CCI actively conducts member focus groups and collects information that enables us to create thorough membership surveys. Based on the members’ comments, CCI will develop schematic drawings showing various alternatives of meeting the club’s current and future needs. Using our extensive club cost files, we develop cost estimates for each of the alternatives. After reviewing the schematic drawings and alternatives with the Manager and Planning Committee, we establish the best alternative for development. CCI prepares a detailed budget and presents the plan and budget in the form of a brochure to the Planning Committee and Manager. This informational brochure can be distributed to the membership to explain the program. Assistance is offered by CCI in financing methods, and organization for membership presentations. Upon membership approval, CCI will prepare the necessary design and construction drawings to implement the Master Plan.
