Membership Surveys

Over the years, our experience has shown that you cannot go wrong if you listen to the members. One method is to prepare a membership survey based on members’ comments obtained through Focus Groups. This provides total membership involvement and validates the results of the Focus Groups. After the surveys are tabulated and interpreted, CCI will prepare a comprehensive report of the results for the Planning Committee and a summary report for distribution to the general membership.
